1. Website enquiries

Submitting a website form opens a prepared WhatsApp message. An enquiry does not create a paid order until the scope, price, deadline and payment terms have been confirmed in writing.

2. Service scope

Each order is based on the instructions, files and requirements supplied by the client. The confirmed scope should identify the task type, academic level, word count, deadline, referencing style and any agreed revision conditions.

3. Client information

Clients should provide complete and accurate instructions before work begins. Changes to the brief, word count or deadline may require a revised quote or timescale.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates are confirmed after the task has been reviewed. EDU Excellence is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete instructions, late client responses, inaccessible files or substantial changes requested after confirmation.

5. Revisions

Revision requests should relate to the original confirmed instructions. New requirements, a changed topic or additional sections may be treated as extra work and quoted separately.

6. Fees, cancellation and refunds

Fees and payment arrangements are confirmed before work begins. Any cancellation or refund decision depends on the agreed scope, work already completed and the stage at which the request is made.

7. Academic use

Clients are responsible for using any supplied material in accordance with the rules of their university, college or professional body. No particular grade or academic outcome is guaranteed.

8. Confidentiality

Enquiry and order information is handled only for the purpose of reviewing, managing and completing the requested service, subject to the privacy notice and the operation of WhatsApp.
